History
A growth path built on investment, specialization and production continuity.
1988
Renato Chiarolini, with the support of his wife Giovanna, founded Sider Laminati S.R.L. together with his children Marcello and Sabina, who have been actively involved since the beginning.
1992 – 1996
The first rolling line is upgraded, increasing production capacity and improving processing efficiency. A new 2,000 sqm production unit is built and a straightening and steel cutting line is introduced, expanding the services offered.
2005 – 2010
The company strengthens its specialization with the installation of the second rolling line.
A new 2,000 sqm production unit, a skin-pass line and electronic upgrades for the existing equipment are also completed.
2014
Installation of the third rolling line and expansion of the company offices, supporting business development and the strengthening of relationships with foreign markets.
2015
Sider Laminati receives the Bilanci d’Acciaio award for the wire drawing and wire processing sector, confirming sound management, reliability and growth capacity in the steel processing industry.

2016 – 2018
An in-house testing laboratory is set up to strengthen product quality control.
During the same period, the second straightening and cutting line and the second skin-pass line are installed.
2025
The entry of the second generation into the company brings new enthusiasm. The process of digitizing production processes begins in line with Industry 4.0 principles, improving integration, monitoring and process management.
